So, uh, hi! This exists now. Sure, let's have a sticky post for introductions and whatnot, come on in and say hi. Tell us who's your favorite pilot as well!

I'll pull the rules over here so they're handy: Be polite! Remember that every book, ship, character, or version of canon may be someone's favorite. Respect others' headcanons; there's usually no sole correct interpretation of canon. And remember to have fun!

Hello, I'm Shade. I haven't reread the books recently but they are faves of mine! I particularly adored the Wraith books, but choosing a fave out of that squadron of disasters is so hard; it was often the ways they interacted with each other that I loved more than any single character. (I could also go for: every woman.) Still, some faves: Wedge, Wes, Tycho, Ton Phanan, Lara Notsil.

Genuinely no idea when/why I started following you on dw (probably something about star wars, though!), but that's where I saw it. :)

Same! The wraith ladies and a lot of the rogue ladies are so 🔥. Shalla is a particular fav of mine too.

Yes! <3 It's such a delight to have so many cool women with different skills and personalities in a genre that can so easily become entirely dominated by male characters. I am here for all of them.

Agreed! They genuinely feel like people 90% of the time and thats amazing! The 10% they don't is when they're written with the have the "gets married, has to have babies" curse. But even so its not all of them, and I am super grateful for that.
