Summary: Commander Wedge Antilles won his Wraith Squadron bet. Now he has to take a shattered unit and forge them into something new and stronger than they were before, in preparation for taking on the command of his own snubfighter wing.
This is a retelling of Isard's Revenge if Wedge had been given a third X-wing squadron leading to having command of his own Wing and remaining in the cockpit of an X-wing rather than being given command of a task force with Lusankya as his flagship. It follows the Legends timeline and backstory for Wedge, Tycho, Wes and Hobbie and makes no reference to any Disney canon characters or backstory. It is fully Legends canon compliant up to the beginning of Isard's Revenge; the first couple of paragraphs are taken directly from that book.
